I bought the Cycles Gladiator Merlot on sale at the liquor store near my parents’ house for $6 or so, marked down from $12, and honestly it was more delicious and drinkable than some $20 bottles I’ve bought. Without any bite whatsoever, it goes down incredibly smooth and leaves no aftertaste. It’s very juicy, but not at all thin or watery like cheaper wines often are. Considering I bought it only for the awesome label, I was so surprised at how delicious this was; it’s now easily one of my favorite cheap merlots out there.
